Help! WATER IN DOOR

Hi everyone....looking for some input
Just came back from a car wash and when I closed the passenger door...I am hearing water sloshing inside...
Besides any ideas how got in ...any thoughts as to draining it...
Weather stripping seems tight...
Would appreciate any thoughts.....J

Small drain holes plugged with dirt. Clean out with small tool they are hidden behind lower door weather seal. 1 near front 1 3/4 back to rear of door.

Happy to help, drain holes can be hard to see. Mark
