Just got my hotel at the Courtyard for thursday night till sunday morning. For those of you not familiar with the area, the Courtyard and Hilton Garden Inn are all next to the Holiday Inn Convention Center. You can walk between the three hotels in minutes.

I too, just booked my room at the Courtyard from Thurs - Sunday am.

Regardless of which hotel you end up calling - Joe Pruitt wants to make sure you get the Corvette Homecoming rate... so please mention that when you call. It should be a good rate.

Marriot Courtyard it is, I'm booked Thursday thru Sunday. Registration paid (almost put MM as company name since it didn't ask about affiliations ).

Also posted info about event on three other forums. Can someone post it on Caddyinfo.com, cadillac.com and Vseries.net. I'm not on any of them and don't want to come across as a spammer.

Supa & I are registered and booked at the Courtyard from July 13th-17th. We are getting down a day early in case some of you want to play in the golf tournament, we can make up a team!!

Well - I have obvoiously misposted .... We are staying at the Holiday Inn .... the same hotel that we went to for R3 ..... right? The one with the BAR inside ..... across the street from the Mariott ....

They charged me 105 per night (they SAID that was the Corvette rate and that all of the rooms for 102 were gone. That was the rate that the Corvette thread said it would cost. We got a govt room rate for the 13th and I think it was 95.

I have gotten at least 1-2 people to join us down there, one of them is from Alabama, and I might be getting some to join from areas near Virginia, Florida, etc. It looks to be an amazing trip! But I might not be able to get a tour of Western Kentucky University because it is during the summer, but I am trying to get a hold of someone who can help me out with that.

I dont know where you got that rate. I booked with the holliday and the least I could get was $145. when I found out everyone was staying at the marriott I switched to there and it was $99.

I clicked on the link that Kathy posted ... then went to the Corvette page .... there was another link for reservations under the Club's code, but they wouldn't book the 13th, so I just called the hotel direct.

They would give me the govt rate for Thurs ... but during the meet the prices went way up ... so I have 2 confirmations ... one the $99 rate and the other at the Corvette club price ...

No, for RII we stayed at the Hampton Inn off of Scottsville Rd. The Courtyard is across the street from the Holiday Inn we stayed at for RIII. It looks like some are booking at the Holiday Inn and some at the Courtyard.
