Apparently, my g/f spotted another black XLR this past Saturday in Fresno, Ca. She didn't have enought time to get her camera to take a picture, but she did notice that the XLR had a factory/dealer pin stripping alone the side of the car. I must say that she getting better at noticing the "details" and it's my guess she'll start noticing if the car a ; XLR/XLRV or 2009. Me on the other hand haven't seen no XLR's (except for mine).

I have seen quite a few XLR's in the Port Charlotte/Venice area of Florida but this is the first time I have seen this XLR. It had the wart on the trunk lid and it was what I am fairly sure is the Blue Steel color so therefore I am guessing it is a 2005. He drove thru Port Charlotte and turned of into the North Port Perkins; must have been lunch time, we continued on our way.......

Actually quite hot today, it was an older guy (AKA: older than me) perhaps he prefers the AC?

Actually have seen quite a few various convertibles lately with the tops up.

Yep earlier today I dropped all and went topless. But on the way home, I put my top up because I had a poster board in the trunk area and wasn't sure of the clearance.

so wasn't going to take a chance on it. So I had the top up. I also had other items in the area too.

After no XLR sightings for some time, Alexis saw a silver one close to our home about 2 weeks ago. The following week, I saw a silver one in the county traveling in the opposite direction, possibly the same car.

I was at the Charlotte Motor Speedway AutoFair Friday and Saturday. I saw a XLR in Infared in a Handicap Parking area. I did not see a single XLR for sale in the entire Car Corral area, though there was an Allante for sale.

The Hornets Nest Region chapter of the AACA had their Spring Meet at the same event and I saw some very nice cars there. One of them was a very nice Allante, one of the nicest that I have ever seen!

I've seen one 05 Blue. I spoke with the owner, gave him the code and trick so his copilot can use his nav system while in motion and she can also watch a movie and showed him how to enter the codes. He liked that!!

Other than that one, I see one in my driveway/garage every day!!

Spotted a 09

Saw an 09 yesterday on the 405 going North in the car pool lane. We waved and thumbs up when passing by each other. Older couple riding in it...they were top up and I was top down as you should be out here in 74 degrees and sunshine. Same color as mine so we were all wearing big smiles. That was the first XLR I've seen in about a year other than mine.

No they are not and they only work for 04 and 05 Nav. units.

I didn't, but this ZL1 did!

I always park in the middle of nowh​ere, & came out today to find this all black (including wheels) ZL1 hunted me down to park next to me. Wonder if they posted on their forum?

I actually saw one today! I got Scarlett-V out of storage today and took her for a 10 mile spin. Didn't want to chance any longer, had to put a current license plate sticker on it, it was expired!

That's too funny because that's exactly what I told Mike when I got home - that the ZL1 driver figured I wouldn't door ding them! Never seen one of those out & about before so it was interesting but would rather have run across a black XLR with red calipers I keep seeing near my house!

Ran across another Xenon Blue XLR on Saturday at a local restaurant. An older lady probably in her 90's was driving it. Had never seen this one around before. Only other blue one around here was Larry's. This one I saw needed some serious TLC. Didn't look like it had been cleaned for years. Sad.
