We are anxiously awaiting some rain on it's way down from Flamingo Flats .... the sunshine is under some low grey sky .... Soon .... I hope it gets here soon!

It's been sorta cold and rainy for almost 24 hours .... streets are almost deserted here in Santee .... I think everyone's cuddled up and watching a game or a race or a cooking channel .... Good thing, it keeps them off of the streets - you are taking your life in your hands if you try to dodge the idiots that don't have a clue how to drive in the rain.

I called home - to check on our younger son (no school this week)... he was in the basement due to a tornado warning. Why didn't I get that warning?... I'm the one in a 20 floor high rise!

While I like the warm weather and all ... I don't like the thunderstorms or tornado warnings/watches. But yep, your right Supa ... gotta love the midwest.

Maybe that why us midwest people keep getting together ... a lot harder to hit a MOVING TARGET.

Raining cats/dogs here; if I wasn't in the office today I would be sitting out back smoking a Padron and drinking some Padron......

Last night was grilled wings night on the lake, should of been here. I bet between Ray and I we could eat our weight in my spicy wings !

Ray is outside, mopping garage floor, gave Lola a bath, gave the "new Truck" a bath .... (we still call it new and we still call it a truck - both are lies) - I just ate a cookie ...... Busy day ....

Here in our town nothing. Got warnings all night till about 10:00 last night. Got up this morning freakin freezin outside!
