This is the main reason I keep saying you dont want ot miss this National Corvette Homecoming. Why, because you have been given a personal invite to attend. They are going to roll the RED CARPET out to all of you XLR attendees. To the best of my knowledge this has never been done before. What that means to you is that there will be many surprizes awaiting you. Be sure you go to all the tech meetings these are so interesting. You want to be sure and go to the dinner they will have all kinds of stuff that they will auction off money going to the Corvette Museum. It will not surprize me if you see a lot of XLR stuff being auctioned from the Plant. GM is a MAJOR contributor to the Corvette Museum.

IMPORTANT, If you even think you may go its critical that you make your reservations NOW. THIS WILL BE A SOLD OUT EVENT. THERE WILL BE NO ROOMS AVAILABLE if you wait. You can always cancel if something comes up. But you will only be heart broken if you can go and cant get a room.

Corvette Z06 vs Shelby GT 500

Tkae notice the Shelby has 35 additional horsepower than the Z06. The Shelby also cost more than the Z06. The question which car the Z06 or Shelby GT 500 is truely a sports car. I will leave that to you that want to reply to decide.
