How about you and MaryAnn, Floyd ... are we going to get to meet with you guys again?? I know you were thinking about flying in .... you know ... there's still a couple of rooms at The Hilton !

And what about Hans??? Last we read he was working it out .... any confirmation yet?

Does anyone stay in touch with John and Amy Martin? I wonder if they even know about San Antonio .... what a great couple they were at R3 ... Amy was supposed to have a new RED XLR this year .....

Our little group from Interstate 10!!

.....Dave and Ann Ferruci from Palm Coast, FL will be joining my wife Pat and myself on Monday in Panama City. We will get together for dinner and then leave for San Antonio Tuesday morning. We will be using Interstate 10 from Florida to Texas. We are all excited to see the XLR group again.
.....For those of you that bought the XLR badges, we will be giving everyone a lanyard that you could attach your XLR badges. The lanyards list all the Rendezvous cities and other regional XLR events. It will be a nice keepsake for you all.

Got a call from Bob Walker today. He and Gayle will try to meet Dave & Ann Ferruci and myself & Pat in Louisiana on our way to San Antonio. So we have our own small group coming from Interstate 10 to San Antonio.

It's Friday!!! I'm so ready to have a week off.
We are leaving Waterloo on Monday morning and driving to Kansas City and staying over night. On Tuesday we will drive from KC to stay over night in Forth Worth Tx. On Wednesday we should arrive to SA around 1:00-2:00. Our drive is basically driving Interstate 35 the entire distance.

Be sure to attend the Welcome Party located in The Professors Suite located in the River Walk Hilton Hotel. Agenda will be handed out there for the weeks events.

I finally had to throw my Cadillac hats out from RI. I think there was something growing in them, but still have my RI, RII, RIII and will have my RIVerwalk shirt when we get to Las Cruses. Me and Cubby may not wear anything if we have to much to drink.
