It's time for a final headcount as well as preferences for dinner/BBQ. I can wing it; but I would rather prepare stuff you really like. By end of next week I would like to have it wrapped, so give it some thought and either PM me or post it up.

As far as I know now I will be coming alone, Water and Coffee are my choice of drink and I am not a fussy eater so what ever you want to cook will be fine with me. You don't need to go to a lot of work on my account. In my old age I eat much less than I used to. I can be the designated driver except I can only haul one at a time unless you have lots of bungy cords so we can bungy them on somehow.First Robin

Well rats. Looks like I may have to be ready to fly out of town on Sunday, so we might miss the Chowchilla end of things. I won't know for sure until next week.

Hi Gang, Have had a few changes in our schedule so here is what we are planning for the Thanksgiving weekend.

My wife is not available for any activity on Friday so I am on my own. I plan to drive downtown to the LA car show and leave there in time to meet at the Sportman at 3PM.. drive over to Bobs with the gang then head home. I won't stay in town for the Italian dinner.



Saturday my wife, Ginny, and I would like to drive up to Chowchilla. Looks like the gang is staying at the Holiday Inn Express. Since you are having lunch in the valley we would probably leave Valencia about Noon. That should get us to the Holiday by 3 or 3:30. Meet up there with the rest of the gang and travel to our hosts.

Does this work for you Mark?
Anyone else interested in the LA Car show?

Kent ... I do have some pictures from last year's wine-tasting .... when I look at them they make me laugh .... so MANY empty bottles ... and we all look like we're trying very hard to at least look sober!

BTW - I picked up several bottles of 1993 Stefani Vineyard (Sonoma County) Cab from our temp. controlled warehouse today. For you cab lovers (you know who you are) this should be a bit of a treat.

I'd love to do the car show but showing off my age, I was stretching my legs against a transformer on the sidewalk and tore my Achilles tendon, heard it pop. So I'm nursing it with hot and cold compresses so I have a good foot to stop from going over the cliff in Chowchilla. Walking OK, just have to walk a little flat footed to keep from stretching anymore. I will survive.
It's great to hear you can hang with us in famous Chowchilla, and if it isn't it will be when we leave.
