key fob programming/ resets

My # 2 fob seem to have some sort of presets in it I replaced the battery in the fob a week ago but I dont like how it is set up when I got to open the doors it will only open the drivers door passenger door stays locked also when i walk away from the car with the fob w the car it automatically locks and the horn beeps . the passenger door only unlocks with the door switch inside

Are these factory setting ? how do I change them? thanks in advance for your help

Also since I started using th4 2 fob the passenger window dosent do the last 1/2 inch up or down .Could these be a related problem ? I will try fob one again and see if anything changes

There's no memory settings in a key fob. All the settings you describe are accessed through the DIC. Have the #2 fob with you when you do this including seating adjustment, and you'll be GTG. Try re-indexing the windows during this time as well.
