My XLR/V(s)
2008 STS-V
I am actively shopping for a low-mile Cadillac XLR-V in excellent condition as a weekend car.

I am located in Plano near Dallas, Texas but can travel for the right XLR-V & deal.

If you have a V you might consider letting go to a good home please let me know details about the car, location, ask, etc.

When you locate one you will not be disappointed. I had an '08 STS and LOVED mine, but this XLR is quickly becoming my favorite vehicle of all times...

I hope so; I kept thinking a 50s or 60 Cadillac convertible but the XLR is likely easier to keep going a bit, and if it is a weekend car should only get a few K miles a year, but we'll see.

That's what you say now...but trust me...it will quickly become your go to car of choice. I have not driven anything else in the past couple weeks since I got mine...

As it turns out, found a local 2007 Blue XLR and reached agreement on it. Here is a shot next to my STS-V from our test drive this morning.
Waiting on a bank check to arrive to close the deal, but out of the market.

You've got a cool combo - those STS-V's are ROCKETS. Although red is my favorite color, I have to say a blue XLR has a pretty strong tug. Congrats & enjoy!

Congratulations on the new acquisition! :thumbsup

We all know you'll LOVE IT!

Congrats and welcome to the xlr-net. Love that color. Thanks for sharing the pic, nice shot with the sun setting. Enjoy your new ride!

Hey Bruce,

Long time no see. Glad to have you as part of this community. I think you'll like it here.

umm, understatement of the year, Bruce, we are lucky you joined the XLR ranks!
i have been reading all your posts over at caddyinfo...
your expertise and knowledge of engine tech are breathtaking, and it all happens to now coincide with our little ol'
cadillac XLR's.
maybe the non-superchaged XLR guys finally have a chance to catch up to the V crowd ;)
Giz, we are coming for you... :burnout:
