Had lunch with friend InfraRed John (an 07) today. He told me as of yesterday, his top gave him some issues regarding final trunk lid closure. I think it might be a microswitch or other sensor, but real question is, Where is there a good/great XLR tech in Central or Tidewater area VA??? Any of the local Corvette indie shops have knowledge of XLRs?

Let me be Crystle-Clear. Hmmm. 07 InfaRed John was operating his top at the time, but lid would not return to lock position, either while retracting or extending roof/top/hood (Brit-speak).

Welcome from Colorado where, unfortunately, it is presently 21* and has been snowing hard now for 3 days. We have 12" of white stuff, and it's still coming down (Yup, 5/20/17). Ugh.

XLRs welcome... 2017 Corvette Homecoming
Hi! Hope everybody is enjoying the season and is excited that driving time is upon us!

Nils and I have been cruising down 'Memory Lane' and remembered our first excursion with the XLR group going to the Bowling Green Corvette Assembly Plant for the XLR's 10th Homecoming! What a fantastic trip that was.

Friends have reminded us that the Corvette Homecoming is coming up June 1-3, 2017 and XLRs are encouraged to attend. We are planning to be there and would love to see any of you guys who would like to take an excursion to KY.

Thank you for contributing to lessening the stomach acids pumped during the 1st start-up of the day. But in an XLR, would we have it any other way?
