Kind of funny!!

The little jog up between Manitoba and Minnesota is weird. To cross into the US from Canada, there is a telephone that you use to contact US border and they authorize your entry in their territory. So don't know just how much smuggling would be happening there!!This whole border issue is really funny I think. There are old roads between entry points that one can freely (unless you get caught) travel between the two countries. But today they surveil a lot closer so it is more dangerous to try to cross just for the fun of it. Used to do this when I was a younger lad and lived very close to the border in a little town in Manitoba. I think the US has actually started using drone planes along the border. From experience, I can tell you that neither side takes jumping either border lightly, especially these days. Anyways, it was fun back in the day, so I have the memories!
