Anybody going to the Oakland game!!

Wondering if any of our members are going to the Oakland game this weekend. Should be interesting:

Animal rights group plans Vick protest in Oakland
OAKLAND, Calif.(AP) — A Bay Area animal rights group is planning a protest against Michael Vick before his game against the Oakland Raiders on Sunday.
The group In Defense of Animals says it will protest outside Oakland Coliseum before Vick plays his first road game for the Philadelphia Eagles since being reinstated to the NFL following an 18-month prison sentence for his involvement in a dogfighting ring. The group says Vick has not shown proper remorse.
IDA president Elliot Katz also wrote a letter to NFL commissioner Roger Goodell asking that dogfighting and cockfighting be specifically included in the ``criminal offense'' section of the league's Personal Conduct Policy.

Hey .... pretty quiet around here ....

Ya'll got Monday Night Football hangovers??

(Charger's suck)

What's going on with the Titans? They were so good just last season, and now they are winless.:dunno::dunno:

Old Brett Favre sure looks good. He had a great game against the Ravens.

Titans who knows what happened there? Really good last year to the basement this year. :(
Sorry RA for the Charger loss. I was cheering on the Bronco's though. I am hoping Orton does good this year. Hoping it will wake up the Bears and get rid of Turner.

The Bears game was one of the hardest games I have ever watched they should have won that game. :(

Good thing they signed Cutler yesterday to a 2 year extension, 2013, at nearly $30 million and a guaranteed 20 million. Problems with the Bears, besides the owners, Turner. Take a look at the players they have traded away and see how they are doing this year. A hell of alot better than the Bears. Two examples off the top of my head Orton, undefeafted, and oh let us not forget about Cedric Benson. You can't say this teams offense is consistent. :dunno:

Must be a Chicago thing. Seems awful familiar... don't baseball players do better once they get traded away from the Cubs? There's that "ex-Cub Factor" ... maybe there is an "ex-Bear Factor" now too.

I couldn't believe the Bears were in the RED ZONE 4 times and couldn't score. They SHOULD HAVE won. They played better than Atlanta (most of the game).

So true so true. There is a ex-Cub factor and a ex-Bear factor. The Bears are driving me nuts. I can't understand why they keep Turner. The owners we are stuck with them but Turner come on. How many talented players need to go through there before they say hey maybe its not the players maybe it is the offensive coach. Please. They have changed coaches over and over the only thing that has been constant through the changes TURNER. He wouldn't know how to call his way out of a paper bag.

Cheering for Cleveland???

Another day of mixed emotions and split loyalties...

Of course I SHOULD want the Packers to win, but I don't want Homegrown to be sad. And, it WOULD help Brett if GB lost... but my son (who just moved to Green Bay area) just doesn't understand how I could abandon the team I've cheered for all my life, but...
...it's BRETT!

So... GO VIKINGS!!! :chuckle

Gotta cheer for GB...sorry Homegrown.

I'm hoping the Colts go to 6-0 today. Go Colts!!!

I am still trying to get over that last Bears game. I bet Dicka had a fit watching that game.

Another great game for Peyton and the Colts! There are still 3 unbeaten teams left.

What in the world happened to da Bears?

Happy the Colts won and still unbeaten. I'm having a great football season so far. :D

I'll tell you what happened to Da Bears. Da Suck.:laugh::laugh:Homegrowns team could beat the bears.:laugh::laugh:

This is going to be a good football Sunday. If the Bears do not beat the Browns something needs to happen in the Bears franchise, get rid of Turner. Sorry Rich. Then we have Farve coming back to Lambeau Field can not wait to see what happens there.
