I am orginally from Illinois so I will always be a Bears Fan. All they need is an owner who is welling to spend some money on his team. You get what you pay for.

I totally agree with you. I am originally from Indiana that is why I am a Colts fan. I use to be a Bears fan and Colts fan. I loved the Bears back in the eighties. 85 Bears. I liked them until they won that Super Bowl and then that family decided to dismantel that team. They got rid of Da Coach. Jim McMahon may not have been the best QB in the NFL but in my opinion he fired up that team. Lets not forget the great Walter Payton. Virgina should hold her head down for what has happen to that team. The best thing that could ever happen to the Bears is if that family sold the Bears. Papa Bear gave his word to Ditka that he would always have a coaching job with the Bears for as long as he wanted one. Virgina didn't keep her fathers word. I know it isn't her running it, but ultimately it is her fault for who is running the Bears. They never gave Kyle Orton a shot. He is a young QB with promise. JMO.

That is when football was good. I like watching teams with players on it that actually love the game and not the ones that are in it just for the money. It drives me crazy when training camp starts some of the players are MIA because they don't like their contracts and they want more. I like the football players that appreciate the fans.

It looks as though Michael Vick won't be the only NFL player on the outside looking in. Cleveland's Donte' Stallworth has been suspended by the NFL; without pay for the entire 2009 season.

Perhaps him and Vick can get together and hone their skills--their football skills that is; not the dogfighting or drunk driving skills.

Yes he did. Signed a 2 year contract with them. The reason I don't think Vick should be allowed back in the NFL, is he did not admit to all his wrong doing. Therefore, he has not paid his full debt to society. The one charge he wouldn't not plea to was the gambling on dog fighting. He knew if he admitted to guilt on that charge that he would never be allowed to play football again. IMO he gambled on the dog fights too. I am very disappointed that any team would pick him up and that the NFL even allowed him to come back. I for one will be cheering for any team playing against the Eagles.
