I have had new shocks and the sensitivity bar (?) installed and the Cadillac dealer cannot figure out how to get the Service Ride Control message off even though nothing is showing up when they run it through the computer. Also, since they installed the shocks when I get the car up to around 80 it starts bucking. When I hit the traction button to shut it off the bucking stops. Has anyone else had this problem?

This may sound dumb, but check to make sure the hub sensors are plugged in securely. I did some work on my car a few years ago and this happened to me because the plug wasn't securely fastened.

The previous owner had the hydraulic pump replaced and who ever did the job did not secure any of the wire harness in the hubby on the left side of the trunk. I was getting all kinds of DIC messages, yours included.

After unplugging each harness and cleaning up the contacts then securing each, all of my DIC messages disappeared. I saw speed limited to 80 mph, traction control, service ride control, low fuel and a few others. Just a thought to keep in mind.
