Looking for a printed XLR service/repair manual

1 any idea on where I can find a PRINTED copy of a service/repair manual, like a Chilton's?
searched high and low for a PRINTED manual but all that seems to be out there is a PDF download or a CD.
2 it didn't come with a front license plate mount, so any idea where I can find a mount?
Amazon is no help for a license plate mount like yours
3 center console cupholder door is broken, so any idea on how to remove the cupholder/shifter console cover? I have door repair parts.
from what I gather I should be able to pop the cupholder/shifter cover off with plastic tools, but with parts hard to find I don't want to fk it up.

You can get printed manuals sometimes on ebay the four book set will run you about 300-500$. The cds contain a lot of the information but very hard to navaigate. The factory manuals need you to have a tech two scanner to diagnose most problems.
Front plate holders very hard to find. Most likely you will need to fabricate one or some people run the hidden plate bracket. Get one tgat bolts to the underside and not directly into the middle of the cover and ruins it.
