My XLR/V(s)
2004 Black Raven XLR
Hi my name is Duane. I brought my first Cadillac from my Mom in 2003, a 1992 Sedan Deville. I have been a biker and a gear head for years. I built all kinds of cars from race cars (both circle track and drag racers) to big off road trucks and I was impressed with with the stock performance and comfort of Cadillacs. Then in 2010 I brought a 2000 Eldorado ETC again I was very happy with my purchase until November of 2014 when I saw my first XLR sitting in a parking lot. I had never seen one before, but it was love at first site with the XLR. I started researching about them on the internet. I finally found a low mileage 2004 Black Raven XLR w/Ebony interior in Florida. Now it is mine and I couldn't be happier. I have had to fix a couple things on it, but thats to be expected on a 11 year old car. It has become my daily driver. My Harley used to be my favorite. I joined this forum and have learned a lot of information about my XLR.

So far I've added custom floor mats, chrome wheels, a rear sway bar, a cold air intake and a WindRestrictor. I am planning to up grade the exhaust system next.

If you really want to have some fun, go to the events page and meet up with some of the other owners .... they are a great, fun, diverse, friendly, bunch of happy owners! Hope you have thousands of great miles in her .... I have a black/black 2004 and her name is Lola - she's introduced us to a whole new lifestyle.

welcome

Hi I'M Dave, Welcome to the forum. You will find out more about the XLR's than you will from a caddy dealer. I'm lucky, we have a great Chevy dealer here. Would not let anyone else touch it.

Welcome to The Site : )
