When I'm going slow, and turning in parking lots, I sometimes hear a creaking sound that seems to come from the front suspension? anybody have any idea of what is doing that??

Where can I see the spring adjusters? IE, what is their exact location. Can they be broken off at 30,000 miles of normal driving?? Thank you.

They are on the ends of the front leaf spring. Have a rubber pad that rests on the lower suspension arm. Onboard of the wheel hub. Jack it up and take the wheel off, you should see it easy enough. I figure a good pot hole could do it since I have had 3 broken on mine over the last 7 years and 180000 miles.

Oh, if they are not broken, or the rubber worn off, try some wheel bearing grease on the bottom of the adjusters. They are not connected to but just rub on the lower a arm as the move back and forth when the suspension goes up and down. Maybe dirt or stones in there also. The adjusters are not available from GM but are available aftermarket from corvette sites.
