Body Control Module for 2007 XLR Base BCM

Hello well, my sweet 2007 XLR is stranded at my repair shop. The BCM is not communicating and he wants to replace. Of course as you all know, they are not available. Any idea of where to pick one up? I did a quick Internet search and everything is out of stock new old stock. Take your pick. Any leads or other places to find one?

You can buy used ones but they are assigned to the vin. Some shops can override the old vin and put in the new one. Some have tried and not been able. There are companies that claim to be able to recode one. So you are looking at a used one from like j and j then sending it to a shop to code and back to you. They usually sell for 250 area and shops charge 250 to code. Let us know how it works for you to help the next person.

I wish that were the case I currently have scoured everything and I cannot find used ones anywhere.

If you can find a company that can vin change it and guarantee it here's one most likely you can get for 250
