Audio/NAV system

I am very curious about this nav commander previously mentioned. DVDs are pretty much a novelty to me because I can't watch them while I drive, and I don't ever expect to be in the passenger seat of my XLR because I don't think I would ever let anyone else drive it. The ability to control certain features of the nav without holding up a traffic light or pulling into the shoulder though would make me ecstatic!!!!!

Nav Commander alone doesn't let you watch DVDs en route, takes another bypass switch. It does however allow you to input/modify routing/destination info into the Nav without being stopped. I've done both and love it! And it's an easy install.

Its also unfortunate that our Denso units can only do one or the other, but not both Nav & DVD.
