Ok XLrating I Do Have The 3M kit Also, And The Xpel Also Should I Clean Them With The 3M First The Put On The Xpel ?

Rex I Have Both Kits XPEL And 3m Do I Have To Use The 3M First Then Put On XPEL ? And Does It Cover Up The Fog Milky Look ?
Let Me Know OK I Did Clean The Head Lights With light Rubbing Compound Come Out Good I Guess Not Much Milking It Must Be Inside The Light ?

So you have a 3M kit AND an Expel kit? Overlaying one or the other will result in a diffused headlight pattern I would think. Nothing you put over a headlight lens will do away with a milky lens.
