The left headrest speaker in the driver's seat rattles. How do you remove the speaker from the seat or how do you remove the grill from the speaker? :dunno:

I don't have the manuals for my XLR yet but will in a couple of months. In the mean time if someone has this information please pass it along. The rattle/buzz is driving me more nuts than I already am. :chuckle

The grill just pops off. ( I use plastic trim removal tools) There are two or four screws holding the speaker in. Maybe you have a bad speaker if it is rattling/buzzing. I haven't had that problem. (I redid my seats a couple of years back and tore them down for the upholstery shop.)

thanks a lot! This helps a million. I didn't want to force the grill and mess it up if popping it off was not the correct way.

Nice clean job on the interior, guess you didn't like the fake suede either.
