Fuse box on passenger side of 2005 base

So question, ,my trunk will not open and checking the fuses. For the diagram I have, I am not sure where fuses 33-46 are? There is a small black box under the main fuse board. Do I need to pull that small box and these fuses are inside there?
Thanks, and hopefully stupid questions like this help you guys appreciate what a great life tool it is to be mechanically inclined. It sucks not being knowledgeable mechanically at all.
