This actual unique XLR Cutaway Chassis will be shown on display for the first time since 2003 at this year's 2024 Allante XLR Invitational Owners Meet August 22nd-24th in Grand Rapids Michigan. Strange it shows a v engine . front crossmember is not proper. Lots of non oem parts on this.gm said the v engine was not in the works in 2003? Wonder how that got in thete?

It is a pre-production V cutaway teaser for auto shows. Shocks are wrong, etc but it is mostly meant to create intrigue. The LC3 came out of the STS-V, so I guess the “correct” engine shield is more surprising than much of the rest.

if and when you attend the Invitational Owners meet ? , you will have the answers why between 2003- 2024 a couple of items have been done to the cutaway. Above all, this is impressive to have at the 2024 Allante XLR Invitational Owners Meet on our dime.
