Is there any videos that walk us through the radiator removal?

I really don't;'t know but ''you tube'' has some videos for the xlr radio and cd removable and some others. You might want to try various word captions and maybe you might get luckly.

Search c6 corvette radiator removal. Some process. Your 04 most likely only has oik coolers on passenger side. Check it before you start because the radiator you may have bought only has one set of cooling lines. Only real problem is seperating the condensor from the radiator. They are made to drop in the radiator shroud and ac condenser all as a unit.
