If you just gotta have it, you can play the DVD in a computer and do a screen capture, then dump that into Paint and save. Looses a lot of the resolution, but will work.

I believe Chicago Dave has one installed. And you're right, D3 has abandoned us for the more profitable CTS/ATS marques. I understand that they may have a few molds of previously available products, but most have been destroyed.
