Is there a cover for this hole

I just noticed this hole in the inside of the fender right by the headlights. LOL never noticed this before.
Is there a cover that covers this or am I going nuts?

It seems like there should be but mine is open also.

There should be one on the passenger. side also. The holes are there so you can adjust your headlights in case the aren't correct. You must need a long allen wrench which comes with the car when it is new.. I don't have a cell phone so no picture of it, maybe someone else can take a picture and post it..

No cover. Like said. Access to adjustment and plug on the light.
