the hotel sites are listed on the event thread. I would recommend making your reservations sooner rather than later. If you would like to stay at a different hotel that is completely up to you. The club attempts to keep the costs down by staying at Holiday, Comfort or Hampton Inns. If you end up staying at a different facility just let me know and furnish your contact information so we can coordinate departure times to venues as a caravan.
