Yea, barn cats have to be tough not pretty. Can't wait to put the V on the road Nov. 8th to Salt Lake City to pick her up. I'm stopping in a small town in Utah near the southern border near Nevada to go to the Blue Bunny Ice Cream Store.
I have felt for a long time that my kitty, Mocha, needed a companion to nurture.

I know what that means--A.I.S. I use it all the time with Marion when we are going somewhere i.e. "We are leaving at 6:00pm A.I.S. (**s in seat) that way we aren't late with all her dilly-dallying.

I almost hijacked the BBB thread when I realized we can cut and paste in this forum so here goes.
I have a new IPhone and was having a tough time finding out to really use it until I got on ITunes today and linked my IPhone to ITune and then the fun began.
Today I downloaded the following from Itunes, Ringtones that I made from songs I had saved on ITunes from my old IPod, download my favorite songs, my bookmarks, all my contacts, calendar, and I'm slowly downloading my photo album for the last 10 years and I have 8 years to go into my phone. No more carrying around a big laptop. I'm in awe of this item as you all can tell.
Between this and getting my new cat, taking a road trip and having Blue Bunny ice cream has me jumping up and down like a yo yo. If anyone gets one of these phones I will be glad to help with the tough parts.
Today I was on the phone with a tech and my daughter called. The tech said press the conference call button on the screen instead of putting him on hold while I answered her call. Conference calling with one button, I'm stoked.

Here is a picture of the Toyota that Ray was driving when he hit the back of a stalled semi on the I-15 (in the fast lane / about 60mph). This is the picture that some of you asked about ....
Yeah ... no one thought he was alive when they saw the car. He got broken up pretty good though ... But just look at him now!!

Halloween is getting to be quite the holiday out here .... the houses are lit up, and yards are decorated like Christmas .... just curious ... is it the same where you all live??

When I was a kid, we used to draw pumpkins and cut them out of construction paper (remember those packs of paper in all of the wonderful "assorted" colors?) and Scotch Tape them to the windows. Oh .... and color our own trick or treat brown grocery bags ...
(and soap windows ... trick!)
