2004 - 2009 Cadillac XLR: Bose Sound System

The Bose® Sound System for the Cadillac XLR:

9 high-performance speakers

1. Two 8-cm mid-high-range speakers in the instrument panel.
2. One 8-cm mid-high-range speaker (centrefill) in the instrument panel.
3. Four 5-cm mid-high-range speakers in the backrests of the seats.
4. Two 25-cm Nd® woofers in the doors.

System electronics

Digital amplifier mounted in the instrument panel. Includes Bose digital signal processing, AudioPilot® noise compensation technology, TrueSpace™ technology and 7 channels of customised equalisation.

AudioPilot® microphone mounted in the instrument panel monitors interior noise level.
