The top rocker switch above vent should automatically come back, after pushing it, just like your, up and down window switches, it’s like spring loaded, and the rocker switch, below the vent, is your left/neutral/right mirror adjustment switch which will stay where you let it! My suggestion...

It can happen anytime where water is present, but if you look under the car at the area of the pump box ( drivers side under trunk) you’ll see a black rubber hose that’s the drain hose/hole, make sure the hose hole is open and clean! It should be checked often... also invest in a battery tender...

Yes the simulators trick the computer to think the mags are still on, mine a 05 so search if here for my post,it has the shocks and simulators you will need for an 05 I bought simulators from Jegs because 1st time buyers orders got a 20% off and shocks came from Rockauto.com. Hope this helps...

I got to be honest, after already changing out the mag shocks once, at only about 3 years and maybe 25k miles ago, I really could not see doing them again at only 103k miles with OEM Mags again!
