First off the windows are not part of the main cycle, if you want the windows to go up...what your doing by pressing the button again is how they operate! As for the deck (I’m assuming you mean the trunk lid) my did that again this past spring, sometimes it repairs it’s self as driving the car...

The whole unit just pulls out and access the bulbs from the back, they just kind of slide into the carpet hole. The bulb is in a socket that just twist out, then bulb pulls out of socket! Some bulbs may need to be put in the opposite direction if bulb doesn’t light, I’ve seen this LED bulbs...
